Description
Users can resume navigation directly after having submitted a form, without having to use the browser back button.
Objectives
Avoids “cul de sac” pages and users getting lost or disoriented.
Possible technical solutions:
At the least , integrate the main site menu into the page that the form leads to. If possible integrate further links that make it possible to resume navigation from where it left off.
Control methods:
Check the form’s target page for at least the sites main menu.
