Objectives
Enables access and navigation without non textual elements. (braille and text based navigators, absent plug-ins, etc.)
Enables the display of a text during the loading of a non textual element
Improves referencing.
Possible technical solutions:
Add alternative content (text, link towards a description page, etc) inside the HTML object (or inside the propriety embed object.
